With a small dimension design, Ø10x3.5 centimetres, and built-in LED display, this gas detector is used to analyse the amount of gas in the environment, which can improve home safety, serving as an alarm and prevention against natural gas leaks.

Detection of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, pipeline gas, lighting gas, biogas, methane and butane gas.

Thanks to its 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi technology which allows pairing the device to the "Smart Life" mobile application, you will be able to control the detector and receive alarm notifications remotely. Pairing the detector with the mobile application is very simple since once you connect the detector to the power supply using the included micro USB cable and plug, the Wi-Fi function will be automatically activated allowing you to link the device to the application.

From the Smart Life app itself, you can set up "scenes" so that other devices in your smart home can be activated once a high concentration of gas is detected. Also of note is its compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.

HOW IT WORKS:

    Connect the detector to power with the included micro USB cable and adapter.
    Once it is switched on, the device will activate its pre-heating mode with a 180-second countdown.
    Once the countdown is complete, the detector will enter its normal monitoring mode.
    Once the above steps have been completed, the detector can monitor and alarm as normal.

When the device detects that the gas concentration reaches 8% LEL or higher, the device's 85DB audible alarm will activate and send a notification via the mobile app. If you have valves connected to the detector, they will also close automatically when the high gas concentration is detected. Once the gas thickness returns to 0% LEL, the alarm of the device will stop and return to its normal mode.

This device also has a "TEST" button with which you can check the operation as well as temporarily silence the alarm manually. The alarm can also be silenced remotely via the mobile app.
