1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Information prior to the contractual process
This web page www.led-atomant.com. is the property of LED ATOMANT SL (hereinafter RESPONSIBLE) with Tax Identification Code B70403225 and address at RÚA SEVERO OCHOA 29 BAJO, 15008 CORUÑA, A (A CORUÑA).
The General Contracting Conditions regulate the distance selling relationship between LED ATOMANT and the user or customer, in accordance with the legal stipulations, in particular, Law 7/1998, of 13 April, on General Contracting Conditions, Law 3/2014, of 27 March, which amends the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Organic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on the Protection of Personal Data, Law 7/1996, of 15 January, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, and Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
The RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate, without prior notice, to the General Conditions. Such modifications may be made, through its websites, by any legally admissible means and will be binding for as long as they are published on the website and until they are not validly modified by subsequent modifications. However, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to apply, in certain cases, Specific Contracting Conditions in preference to these General Conditions when it deems appropriate, announcing them in due time and form.
The purpose of the website is the sale of LED products.
The duration of the contract shall be linked to the delivery of the product without prejudice to the right of withdrawal.
As a user or customer, you expressly declare that you know, understand and accept the conditions of use and these general contracting conditions. Likewise, you declare that you are of legal age and have the necessary legal capacity to access the LED-ATOMANT SL websites and to contract through them.
To purchase our products, you can go to the corresponding section of our online shop.
Once the purchase process has been completed, the customer will receive a confirmation of the purchase by e-mail. It is essential that during the purchase process the user indicates a valid email address. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours from the completion of the order, please contact the RESPONSIBILITY MANAGER on the customer service telephone number or by e-mail atencionalcliente@led-atomant.com.
Offer and validity
In the case of a product on offer, the offer price and the validity of the offer will always be indicated next to the essential characteristics of the product.
In compliance with the regulations in force, the RESPONSIBLE PROVIDER provides information about all items on sale, their characteristics and prices. However, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to withdraw, replace or change the products offered through its website, by simply changing the content of the website. In this way, the products offered at all times by the website will be governed by the General Terms and Conditions in force in each case. Likewise, the company shall have the right to stop offering, without prior notice and at any time, access to the aforementioned products.
Essential characteristics of the products
The products offered, together with their main characteristics and price, are displayed on the screen. The RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products and/or services are offered to the Clients. Thus, the RESPONSIBLE may, at any time, add new products and/or services to those currently offered. Furthermore, the RESPONSIBLE reserves the right to withdraw or cease to offer, at any time, and without prior notice, any of the products offered.
This is without prejudice to the fact that the purchase of any of the products can only be made by means of the subscription or registration of the USER, with LED-ATOMANT SL providing the interested party with a user name and password, which will identify them and enable them personally to access the products.
Once inside www.led-atomant.com, and in order to access the contracting of the different products, the user must follow all the instructions indicated in the purchase process, which will imply the reading and acceptance of all the general and specific conditions set out in LED-ATOMANT.
The offers submitted by the RESPONSIBLE are valid within the limit of available stock. The RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to modify the assortment of its products according to the constraints imposed by its suppliers.
Purchasing process
To make any purchase on www.led-atomant.com , it is necessary that the customer is of legal age.
It will also be necessary for the customer to register at www.led-atomant.com by means of a data collection form in which the information necessary for the purchase is provided to the RESPONSIBLE PARTY; data which in any case will be true, exact and complete regarding their identity and which the customer must expressly consent to by accepting the privacy policy of LED-ATOMANT.
Likewise, it is recommended that the customer prints and/or keeps a copy of the terms and conditions of sale on a durable medium when placing their order, as well as the proof of receipt sent by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY by e-mail.
Delivery times and place of delivery
The order will be delivered to the address designated by the customer at the time of contracting, according to the method chosen.
The scope of delivery includes the following areas: Spain and Portugal. Orders will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order:
Orders will be delivered to the customer via courier companies designated by the Company. The order will be considered delivered when the carrier has delivered the package to the customer, and the customer signs the delivery receipt document. It is the customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods on receipt and to indicate any anomalies on the delivery receipt form.
Orders will be dispatched to the customer within 24 hours of confirmation of the sale or of the order (in the case of cash on delivery), provided that the customer has placed the order before 12 noon. No orders will be dispatched or delivered on weekends and public holidays, nor will they be counted as working days for the delivery period.
2. AFTER-SALES AND RETURNS
All products offered on the website enjoy the commercial guarantee of the supplier of the product. As indicated in the technical data sheet of each product, the RESPONSIBLE has an after-sales service, while the warranty is in force, the customer may execute it by contacting the customer service, we provide different methods of contact that we detail below:

GENERAL RETURN CONDITIONS
In order to accept the return of a product, the following will be taken into account:
In order for us to be able to deal with any incident, you must generate a return through the website. In the following section "procedure for processing a return" you can see the instructions for this purpose. Please note that any incomplete, incorrectly formulated or other means of notification will not be considered nor will its date of notification be valid for the purposes of a subsequent claim in the correct media.
The item must be returned in perfect condition, including the original packaging. Any product that has been tampered with by the customer, broken, misused, etc. will not be credited or exchanged. In this case all warranty will be forfeited.
If the product is in good condition, but the packaging, box or plastic that is included is in poor condition, the return will not be accepted. The same will happen in the opposite case.
Both the collection of the product and its return will be managed by LED ATOMANT through our courier service.
The deadlines and conditions specified for each type of return must be met, otherwise they will not be accepted.
When your return is accepted and we proceed to manage your collection, in the section "merchandise returns", within the details of your return, you must print the returns form and include it inside your package.
So that there is no risk of damage in transport, it is important to assess the condition of the packaging of the products, as if they are damaged in transit we will not be able to accept returns.
Depending on the type of return, courier and handling costs will be paid by the customer or by LED ATOMANT. However, the return costs may vary and/or be free of charge.
Exceptionally, demerits may be applied to the value of the article on those occasions when the goods DO NOT MEET any of the conditions for the right of withdrawal to be accepted and LED ATOMANT decides to accept the return of the same, applying the corresponding penalty.
For unaccepted quotations, rejected returns, returned goods or any customer material in the possession of LED ATOMANT, the customer is obliged to pay the storage costs, starting one month from the moment in which the interested party is informed that the article is at his disposal. The storage surcharge is 6€ per day + 3% of the value of the material.
We recommend that once you receive your order you check its condition so that in case you need to make a subsequent claim it can be done within the corresponding period. Any claim outside the established period will not be accepted, it being understood that the responsibility lies with the customer.
Important
We advise that before processing a return, be sure to perform the relevant tests to confirm that the product really does not work, if upon receipt of the product this has a correct operation and the reason for the return is due to lack of knowledge to use the product, the customer will assume the shipping costs, both outbound and return.
3. Methods of payment and execution of the order
The customer may pay the amount of his order in any of the following ways. During the purchase process you must indicate your choice:
VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.
All operations involving the transmission of personal or bank details are carried out using a secure environment, a server based on standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security technology. All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.
Likewise, your credit card details are entered directly on the bank's website, at the bank's POS (Point of Sale Terminal) and are not entered or registered on any LED-ATOMANT server.
When paying by VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following data: the card number, the expiry date, and a Validation Code that matches the last three digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA or MASTERCARD, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
This payment method is only valid on the website.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and credit entries will be made as soon as possible on the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder.
However, if the purchase has actually been made by the cardholder and the demand for reimbursement is not the result of exercising the right of withdrawal or termination and, therefore, the cardholder has unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, the cardholder shall be liable to LED-ATOMANT for compensation for the damages caused as a result of such cancellation.
PayPal
PayPal is a secure and convenient way to send payments online. The PayPal network is based on the existing financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit cards to create a global real-time payment solution. PayPal offers a service specially designed for those who are not satisfied with traditional payment mechanisms.

This method involves an additional cost of 2.9% of the total order and a fixed fee of 0.35€.
Bizum
With Bizum you can shop securely by sending the money in less than 15 seconds and all you need is your telephone number. To use this payment method you need to have your phone number enabled with your bank to be able to make online purchases with Bizum.
By bank transfer
By cash deposit or bank transfer in favour of LED-ATOMANT , in the account number indicated in the order confirmation email. The customer's name and order number must be indicated when making the transfer.
Orders that are not paid within 3 days of order confirmation will be automatically cancelled.
Cash on Delivery (Only in mainland Spain or Portugal)
The customer shall pay in cash on delivery of the goods at the place designated by the customer when placing the order.
LED-ATOMANT reserves full ownership of the item until full payment by the customer, including possible errors of the seller or carrier of the same.
The purchase limit with Cash on Delivery payment will be 500€ (VAT included) per order. This method involves an additional cost of 3% of the total order with a minimum of 3€ for the transport company's management.
The availability of the products offered by LED-ATOMANT may vary depending on customer demand. Although LED-ATOMANT periodically updates its stock, the product requested by the customer may be out of stock at that time. In the event of non-execution due to unavailability, LED-ATOMANT will notify the customer by e-mail as soon as it becomes aware of this situation. The period of this notification shall in no case exceed a maximum period of 30 days. LED-ATOMANT may give the customer the double option of: supplying a product of similar characteristics or of superior quality without an increase in price, or, except for reasons that are justified and demonstrable by LED-ATOMANT within this same period, paying the sums paid for the cancelled order. In the event that LED-ATOMANT does not make this payment within the aforementioned period, the buyer may claim double the amount due, without prejudice to his right to compensation.
4. Jurisdiction
LED-ATOMANT also reserves the right to bring any civil or criminal action it considers appropriate for the improper use of its website and contents or for non-compliance with these conditions.
The relationship between the user and the provider shall be governed by the regulations in force and applicable in Spanish territory. Should any controversy arise, the parties may submit their disputes to arbitration or go to ordinary jurisdiction, complying with the regulations on jurisdiction and competence in this respect.
